Hi, I’m Emily.
I was hesitant to include a “meet me” section on this website, but I thought an overview of myself might help those debating the qualifications of the person giving them all this advice (those are the ones who will become lawyers, so welcome!)
When I was a sophomore, I left my public school for fully online school. I had all this newly freed time and an interest in law, so I emailed local small firms until one emailed me back, thus beginning my first internship. I graduated at 17 in 2021 and left the internship to focus on college. I majored in sociology and double minored in law and criminal justice. I returned to the firm from before in August 2024 as a senior in college. My campus involvement has been as follows:
2021 Student Government: New Student Advisory Council
2021-2023 Mock Trial, Team Captain
2022-2023 Student Government: Commuter Relations Senator
2023-2025. University Judicial Board
2024-2025 Moot Court, Team Captain
As of now (Nov. 2024), I am a senior in undergrad. I’ve spent the past few months on extensive LSAT prep and research, and launched this website when I started consistently scoring in the 170s.
Throughout college I’ve maintained self-employment doing house cleaning and elderly care. This year I started working at a tanning salon for fun, and that it has been. I like strong coffee, constitutional law, my cat, the mountains, Sublime, and debate. I dislike math, matcha, romantic fiction, sports, the bipartisan system, and the beach.
